GOLDSBORO, NC -- Police say that after a fight in Goldsboro Saturday one of the men involved came back later and shot the other to death.

Officers were called to the shooting at the Ash Street Service Center in the 3500 block of East Ash Street and found 22-year-old Hubaner Roberto Morales-Morales wounded. He died at the scene.

Witnesses said the man had been in a fight with 32-year-old Valentin Morales-Morales but it was broken up by bystanders.

The older man reportedly left the area, but then came back and shot the 22-year-old. Morales-Morales then got in his car and took off.

He was arrested later at a convenience store in Stantonsburg without incident. He's being held in the Wayne County Jail without bond on a murder charge.
