Motorcycle accident in Durham sends man to hospital with serious injuries

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Police are investigating a motorcycle accident in Durham.

Authorities responded to the scene of the crash around 2 a.m. Saturday.

The accident occurred at the intersection of South Roxboro Street and Erie Street.

Police say a man traveling south on Roxboro Street hit a ditch before crashing into a utility pole.

Authorities are still investigating the incident and have not released any other details.
