Man on flight to Charlotte charged after lewd acts, affidavit says

CHARLOTTE (WTVD) -- A man exposed himself and performed lewd acts on a flight from New York to Charlotte on August 25, according to an affidavit filed Monday.

WSOC reports that Arthur David Fischer, 40, is charged with violating aircraft laws.

The affidavit says a witness seated in the same row as Fischer told investigators she woke up and saw Fischer "put his hands in his pants" and expose himself.

Federal court records show a warrant has been issued for Fischer's arrest.
