It happened around 8:30 p.m. at Wheel's Family Fun Park on Hoover Road.

When police officers arrived, they found several hundred people in the parking lot. Police said several fights broke out in the crowd, and numerous officers has to be called to the scene.

Officers were told a shot had been fired inside, but no injuries were reported.

Authorities took four people in for questioning after finding a gun inside a vehicle that matched witnesses' descriptions.

Osborne was the only one taken in for questioning that was charged. She was placed in the Durham County Jail under a $25,000 bond.

Many parents in the area said they're concerned this happened at a place where there are always so many children.

"There were a lot of concerned parents pulling up in the driveway trying to figure out what was going on and just a lot of commotion about their children," resident Ruth Brown said.

However, Wheel's owner Becky Olbrych said it is a safe place and that they've had a great track record in their 38 years of operating.

"It can happen at school, it can happen at the mall, in today's world, it can happen anywhere," she said.

Wheels is a family owned and operated facility that offers attractions like roller skating, a play gym, go karts, batting cages, mini golf, and a maze.
