Wife charged with murdering her husband in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Police say a woman has been charged with murdering her husband in East Durham Tuesday morning.

Authorities were called around 7 a.m. to the 300 block of North Driver Street near Taylor Street.

Investigators said 57-year-old Anthony Martin was stabbed to death.

His wife, 56-year-old Cathy Martin, has been arrested.

There's no word yet on a motive for the killing.
