DURHAM (WTVD) -- Authorities said one person was shot outside of Northgate Mall on Saturday.
It happened around 7:05 p.m. Police said an altercation started inside of the mall. The people involved reportedly ran outside, which is when the shooting happened.
The victim was shot in the arm and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police do not have anyone in custody. Officers didn't release any information on a possible suspect.
Our crew on the scene captured video of a gun in the parking lot. Authorities did not confirm that was the weapon used in the shooting, though.
