Pedestrian hit in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit in the 3200 block of Edwards Mill Road.

It happened around 9 p.m.

Police said the victim was taken to WakeMed with serious injuries.

Authorities did not say who was at fault but the driver did remain at the scene.
