Zebulon man charged with sex crimes involving minor, firearm offenses after arrest

ZEBULON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A 27-year-old man is facing multiple charges after a Zebulon Police investigation into crimes involving a minor, authorities said Thursday.

According to authorities, officers arrested Dominique Floyd on Thursday at a home on Indigo Creek Drive.

Police said Floyd is charged with felony indecent exposure to a minor, solicitation of prostitution from a minor, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a stolen firearm.

Investigators also served Floyd with an extraditable out-of-state warrant connected to a probation violation tied to an armed robbery case.

Authorities said the arrest was carried out without incident. Floyd was taken to the Wake County Detention Center.

Because the investigation involves a minor, police said no additional details will be released at this time.
