Search underway for missing swimmer at Falls Lake, Wake County sheriff says

CREEDMOOR, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Wake County Sheriff's Office said on Monday that it was searching for a missing swimmer at Falls Lake.
Deputies responded around 2:20 p.m. to the 14600 block of Creedmoor Road. That's at the Sandling Beach recreation area.
Wake County EMS, the Northern Wake Fire Department, and the Wake Forest Fire Department are assisting with the search.
This is an ongoing investigation, and no other details were immediately released, the sheriff's office said.
