
DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- A family dispute led to a shooting, the Durham County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies said that just before 11:30 a.m., an argument between two family members turned violent at a home in the 6000 block of Burgundy Road. One person was shot.
The victim ran away, and deputies found the 27-year-old man at a nearby gas station. He was taken by EMS to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Rodney Feaster, 67, who lives at the home, was arrested.
Feaster was booked into the Durham County Detention Center on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
He is being held without bond and is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Wednesday morning.
