La Fiesta Del Pueblo comes back to downtown Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- On Sunday, September 21, Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh will transform into a vibrant celebration as La Fiesta del Pueblo marks its 31st anniversary.

La Fiesta is hosted by El Pueblo, Inc. and is the Triangle's largest and most diverse festival of Latin American culture.

From Noon to 6:00 p.m., festivalgoers will experience music, dance, food, art, and community-reflecting the rich diversity of Latin American traditions represented across the Triangle.

This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.

One of this year's highlights includes Learn How to Cook with the Pros, a hands-on cooking series led by renowned chef Angela Salamanca of Mi Costeñita. Participants will learn cherished recipes rooted in Latin American traditions. Demos will take place on the 100 block of Fayetteville Street near the Capitol Building, with limited spaces available for sign-up on-site.
