Man shot at bus stop near Raleigh Walmart, expected to be OK

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man was shot in the leg Saturday afternoon near a Raleigh Walmart.

It happened shortly before 2 p.m. in the 4400 block of New Bern Avenue.

Authorities said a man was at a Raleigh bus stop when he got into a fight with two other men. One of the men pulled out a gun and shot him in the leg.

The victim is expected to be OK.

The two suspects were arrested when attempting to leave the scene. The firearm used in the incident was recovered.
