Y'all Means All Beer Festival raises $12K for LGBT Center of Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Organizers of the Y'all Means All Beer Festival presented the LGBT Center of Raleigh with a donation of more than $12,239 during a Pride event Saturday at Raleigh Brewing Company.

The money came from the inaugural Y'all Means All Beer Festival held in April.

Organizers presented staffers from the LGBT Center with a check during the Hell Yes Ma'am Pride event at the Raleigh Brewing Company on Saturday.

Center staffers said that the support comes at a critical time as demand for services grows.

"A ton more people are coming in through the doors needing things like food and clothing and care products and honestly, just to find community," said Kori Hennessey, executive director of the LGBT Center of Raleigh.

Event organizers said giving back to the center is part of their mission.

"To be able to turn around and give someone significant chunk of change back to the center to, you know, show them that we actually support them," said Erica Vogel with Be Like Missy.

Organizers also announced the festival will return for a second year in 2027 at Raleigh Brewing Company.
