Man shot in Raleigh, taken to WakeMed

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh Police Department officers responded to the 1000 block of Fox Hunt Lane in connection with a reported shooting shortly after 7 p.m. Tuesday.

A man was transported to WakeMed for treatment of gunshot wounds, and a follow-up investigation of the incident is underway.

Police had no other details

The investigation continues.
