Stretch and Flex: Construction workers start their day in a safe way

DURHAM, N.C. -- The Skanska construction crew rebuilding the downtown Durham library has quite the morning ritual and it's all part of a safety program called the Stretch and Flex.

The workers stretch to music before they begin their work for the day.

This safety program has been implemented at all Skanska's job sites.
