Spring's in bloom at the N.C. Museum of Art

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- It may not feel like it outside, but spring is in full bloom at the North Carolina Museum of Art.

The museum's PNC Presents: Art in Bloom festival starts Thursday.

For the next four days, the museum will be filled with dozens of floral arrangements by world-class designers, and they're all inspired by the permanent collection.
