A man in Oregon was arrested for living in a crawl space of a condominium complex for an "extended period of time," according to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
The arrests come after deputies found a Siler City woman lying unconscious on NC 902.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection have seized 354 pounds of methamphetamine from a pick-up truck crossing the border into the United States from Mexico.
The suspect was found hiding in a vehicle on school grounds at Lockhart Elementary, Knightdale Police Chief Lawrence Capps said.
"Angus Cloud died from a lethal combination of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and in what is ruled as an accidental overdose," the coroner said.
Investigators said the group was part of neighborhood-based gang 34th Street Gangster Disciples, which they believe was connected to drugs supplied by the Sinaloa Cartel.
