DURHAM (WTVD) -- Ousted Durham District Attorney Tracey Cline will have to defend her actions once again.
The State Bar has found that Cline violated some rules of professional conduct for an attorney.
The State Bar has scheduled a hearing in the first week of June to determine whether Cline violated other rules and to determine what her punishment should be.
Cline lost her job in March 2012 after she accused a Superior Court judge of being corrupt and biased against her.
She also asked to have him barred from handling criminal cases in Durham County.
