RDC Marathon taking place this weekend

Durham -- On Sunday, October 27, runners will lace up for the RDC Marathon, which also features a half marathon, 10K, and 5K. The event raises money for ALS research and draws hundreds of participants annually.

Participants must pick up their packets from Fleet Feet RDU, 6807 Fayetteville Rd #105, Durham, before race day.

The marathon and half-marathon begin at 7:10 am. The 5K and 10K begin at 7:45 am.

The USATF-certified Boston Qualifier course features the iconic American Tobacco Trail and finishes at The Streets at Southpoint in Durham. The start and finish will be in the mall parking lot just west of AMC movie theaters.
