Developer unveils plans for 7-story building in downtown Cary

CARY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A developer has unveiled plans to transform downtown Cary with a new seven-story building.

Kane Realty has submitted proposals for a structure with apartments, retail space, and restaurants, located on Chatham Street at the roundabout intersecting with Old Apex Road, across from Vicious Fishes Brewery and South Line Brewing Company.

The project would also include an eight-level attached parking deck.

Kane Realty is additionally playing a significant role in the expansion of North Hills in Raleigh.
