* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Flooding begins along the Neuse Riverwalk. Water nears the base of the holding tank at the water treatment plant.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 16.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected remain near 16.3 feet through this evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
