Gigantic storm cloud is Must-See TV

PHOENIX, Arizona (WTVD) -- Video shows a huge storm cloud over Phoenix Tuesday.

Witnesses say the large cloud sat hovering over for a long time before it began to race across the valley to the east.

The area received up to two inches of rain in one hour with the National Weather Service calling the storm a once in a 100-year event.
