WENDELL (WTVD) -- Authorities say a driver was injured after sideswiping a school bus in Wendell Wednesday morning.
It happened around 10 a.m. on U.S. 64 Business.
According to investigators, a 2005 Toyota Corolla going south on US 64 sideswiping a school bus that was traveling west.
Officials said at the time of the collision, there were no children on the bus.
The driver of the Toyota, 22-year-old Kathleen Garner of Raleigh, was taken to Wake Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The bus driver, 42-year-old Sharlena Height of Raleigh, was not injured.
Authorities said Garner will be charged with traveling left of center.
