A former NC State basketball player is facing a felony charge. Gavin Troy Grant, 23, is charged with one felony count of obtaining property by false pretenses.

According to authorities, the charges are related to credit card fraud at the Saks Fifth Ave. department store at Triangle Town Center.

A second person, who is a store employee, was also charged. Paige Shamone Gilliam, 25, is charged with three counts of obtaining property by false pretense.
