Barbara says despite the overpayment being her mistake, she was promised the refund. She adds, "They told me it was going out and I'd have it within 7 to 10 days on two different instances and I still haven't gotten it." Barbara says she did call The Real Yellow Pages several times; but she still didn't get the money. She adds, "They're holding my money. I want my money. I want my check that's it."
Barbara turned to Troubleshooter Diane Wilson and she got in touch with The Real Yellow Pages. Within a week, B&G Builders Pools and Spas got their refund check of $718.00. Barbara says to Troubleshooter Diane Wilson, "I knew you could get it done."
A rep with AT&T said after reviewing B&G's account, it was determined that there was an error in the billing address on the account, which caused a delay in the refund process.
