St. Patrick's Day parade postponed

RALEIGH It will postpone the annual St. Patrick's Day parade scheduled for Saturday. There is heavy rain forecast for Saturday, and organizers say they want to try and avoid a damp and cold celebration.

The parade was rescheduled for next Saturday - March 21- at the same time: noon.
