Man accused of molesting child

ROANOKE RAPIDS Clarence Hawkins, 23, of Roanoke Rapids is charged with taking indecent liberties with a child on two separate occasions.

He was booked into the Halifax County Jail on $20,000 bond.

Detectives didn't release any more details about the case.
