Bragg soldier charged in shooting death

FAYETTEVILLE He is accused of shooting 23-year-old Kenan Tuncay Henyard after the two got into an argument on Brewster St. Wednesday.

Officers discovered Henyard's body Wednesday evening in the front yard of a house on Brewster St.

According to the Fayetteville Observer, Neigel is in the custody of his chain of command.

He is a sergeant with A-Company, 1st Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, of the 82nd Airborne Division.
