"It's tough for me to start the debate by how much more money we need to put into health care reform," Sen. Burr said. "I think what we need to is to take existing money in health care and change where it goes."
"Premiums have doubled the last 10 years, and they'll double the next 10 years if we don't do something and get it under control," Rep. Miller said. "We can't keep doing that. It's killing the middle class."
President Obama wants Congress to pass a bill by the end of next month.
