He has blue eyes, medium length brown and gray hair and walks with a limp.
He is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. Tullock also has a large growth in his right ear.
Authorities said he was last seen in the 700 block of Oak Street at the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission. Tullock was wearing a blue T-shirt, a gray jacket, red running shorts and black and white tennis shoes.
