Perdue's office was alerted to the problem when a Wilmington newspaper discovered that the administrator of the New Hanover County ABC makes over $200,000 a year.
In comparison, the head of the Durham County ABC, which is similar in size and sales to New Hanover, makes a little over $100,000 a year.
