Troubleshooter: No Boots

Dukes ordered them back in November, but says she didn't get what she paid for.

"I received someone else's order, who in return, someone else received my order. So it was all mixed up," said Dukes.

Dukes said she called AMI Clubwear right away.

"Yes, we realized it, as someone else had called and said they received your order. So, we're going to send you a label. You send them your order, and we'll get your order sent to you," Dukes said she was told.

"I took the label and sent it to the person it belonged to, but I never heard anything from my order," she continued.

Dukes went back to calling and emailing AMI Clubwear, but she still didn't get her boots. So, she turned to ABC11 Eyewitness News I-Team Troubleshooter Diane Wilson.

"I couldn't get anything. I knew I had watched you and I saw your work before and I knew you could get me results," said Dukes.

We got in touch with AMI Clubwear and Dukes got a call and an email letting her know she would get a full refund.

"Thank you very much for stepping in and getting me my money," said Dukes.

Dukes did get her full refund.

A representative for AMI Clubwear said they would work directly with Dukes to resolve the issue, which they did.
