Police in Goldsboro said Jeremy Allen Bryant, 28, of Goldsboro, is required by the state to wear the global positioning system tracking unit, and it must be kept properly functioning.
Bryant was charged with interfering with the unit’s tracking function on seven different occasions. During those times, probation officials were unable to locate Bryant.
He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $100,000 secured bond.
