They say the two 16-year-old students who created the list on a computer in the school's computer lab have been disciplined and no students were ever in any danger.
In an e-mail to parents, East Chapel Hill High Principal Eileen Tully says, "We will respond to bullying and threatening behaviors toward students, whether they are done at school or on-line in a swift and no nonsense manner. "
Tully went on to say the incident has been settled.
Further details about the incident have not been released.
