According to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office, 31-year-old Orlando Espinosa was charged Tuesday with several sex-related offenses including statutory rape and soliciting a child by computer.
Deputies arrested Espinosa and the Fayetteville Police Department charged him.
Court documents say the incident happened in January and involved a 13-year-old.
Espinosa's bail was set at $150,000.
