Authorities say a pick-up truck crashed on the ramp of US-1 toward the shopping center and rolled several times.
Three people were inside the truck and at least one of them was taken to the hospital.
The driver of the truck was arrested.
Authorities say they believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
