Detectives arrested 22-year-old Benjamin Halstead Monday evening. He is charged with first-degree sex offense and taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Halstead is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $55,000 bond.
He is expected to make a first court appearance on March 22.
