According to a spokesperson with the Burlington Police Department, Robert Alfonzo Clapp, 45, was arrested Wednesday - the same day the alleged victim reported the incident at Williams High School.
Clapp faces two charges: one count of statutory sex offense against a person who is 13, 14, or 15 and one count of sexual activity between school personnel and student.
Clapp was placed in the Alamance County Jail under a $150,000 bond.
