Fifty-year-old Michael Moore of North Street was stopped Saturday night after officers said he was very unsteady while peddling down South Fifth Street.
Investigators said Moore was already wanted at the time of his arrest for failing to appear in court last month on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
