Police want to arrest 22-year-old Terry Green for murder in connection with the March 19 shooting death of 26-year-old Demario Carr.
The shooting happened in the northbound lanes of the highway around 3 a.m.
Police say a car pulled up alongside the vehicle Carr was in and Green fired multiple shots.
