Man charged with sex crimes against girl

FAYETTEVILLE Brian Dewayne Rider, 39, is charged with first-degree statutory sex offense, crimes against nature and taking indecent liberties with a minor.

The victim claims Rider touched her inappropriately while he lived at her home between Aug. 26, 2010 and Dec. 24, 2010.

Rider is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $150,000 bond.
