Police say 21-year-old Jaquan Amand Dennis and 23-year-old Nebraska Raheem Best were arrested Monday.
Both Dennis and Best are being held in the Wayne County Jail awaiting their first court appearance Tuesday.
Lewis was found dead in the 700 block of North Virginia Street with gunshot wounds.
