Wake County deputies investigate shooting near Zebulon

ZEBULON (WTVD) -- The Wake County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting Tuesday evening near Zebulon.

It happened in the 1300 block of Parks Village Road off Old Bunn Road not far from Highway 64.

Authorities told an ABC11 crew that a person was shot at a house.

The victim has been rushed to WakeMed.

Deputies have not released the victim's name.
