Deer crashes through window at Durham Gynecologist's office

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham police are looking for the suspect who broke into a Durham Gynecologist's office Sunday night. Officers said the suspect has hooves, four legs, and a furry tail.

Staff at Duke Gynecology said they were surprised to learn that a deer had crashed through the glass in their waiting room window.

Apparently, the ill-mannered buck didn't realize he needed an appointment and set off the alarms during his entrance.

Employees said they opened Monday morning to find a huge mess and the woodland creature hiding in a corner.

However, the animal was removed from the office and a specialized team has been scheduled to clean up.

During initial clean up, patients were rerouted through the employee entrance.

And if you're wondering ... no, the deer did not pay his co-pay.
