DURHAM (WTVD) -- Three men have been arrested and charges are pending against a fourth for the October murder of a Durham man who was walking home from work.
The Durham County Sheriff's Office charged the three suspects for the murder of 33-year-old Eric Ray, who was walking in the 3700 block of Angier Avenue when he was shot to death.
Terrance Cradle, 25, William Marrow, 36, and Andre Hilliard, 42, are charged with first-degree murder. The men, all from Durham, are in custody at the Durham County Detention Facility.
Charges are also pending against a fourth suspect, 25-year-old Keith Laney. Investigators will formally charge Laney at a later date because he is currently serving time in the North Carolina Department of Corrections.
