Boa constrictor on the loose after escaping from Burlington home

BURLINGTON, NC (WTVD) -- If you're in the Burlington area, you might want to be on boa-constrictor watch.

Wolf Massey posted on Facebook that her beloved pet snake had escaped after her enclosure was left unlocked.

Massey suspects the boa to be outside somewhere near St. Marks Church, Alamance Crossings, Joe Davidson Park and anywhere else nearby.

The snake has been missing since 3 a.m. on Sunday.
