On the trail in South Africa

MID-MICHIGAN (WJRT) "It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and as a little boy, I dreamed of going to Africa someday," Kerr said.  "I can't say anything more than it was just fabulous.  We were in South Africa, about 6 1/2 hours outside of Johannesburg and we saw everything from hippos to giraffes."

The hunting terrain was a combination of flat land and hills.  Every animal that was harvested was processed and used in its entirety with every bit going to help the local people.

 If you shoot at it, they will not stop hunting it until it is found.  "It took us a day and a half to find my kudu," Kerr said.  "We never gave up on him and you hunt hard."

It sounds like it is something that everyone should experience.  "It is," said Kerr.  "I saved along time for this experience and I wouldn't regret one moment of it."
