Police say they originally dispatched officers to the home after relatives became concerned and could not get in touch with the residents.
When officers arrived, they found 46-year-old Toni Fowler and a male dead inside the home. Police have not been able to positively identify the male victim.
No charges have been filed and police have not released information about a cause of death, a motive or suspects.
