Warren Edwards, 39, of 3104 Aglow Drive was in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 bond.
He's charged with taking indecent liberties with a child and statutory sex offense. Both are felony charges.
Investigators say Edwards told them the child could be his, but he was not sure, because he was intoxicated at the time and did not remember having sexual relations with the girl.
