AccuWeather.com is out with its winter predictions, and while the northern part of the U.S. is in for more of the same, we could see warmer and drier weather in the Southeast.
But, AccuWeather warns: "While these areas will be warmer and drier, this does not preclude the southern Plains and South from the threat of a couple of ice storms, as cold air tries to intrude southward."
